Spending credits like a professional

You are never charged for a render that fails. Here is how to waste fewer credits on the ones that succeed.

When you are charged

The cost of a render is taken when you submit it, so a generation never starts without being paid for. If the job fails, your credits are not consumed. You are charged for work attempted, not for results you liked.

Cost depends on the model, on clip length for video, and on whether you attached a reference image. The composer shows the price before you submit, and it is worth reading.

A cheaper loop

  • Draft the composition on a quick, low-cost model until the framing is right.
  • Change one clause per run so you learn which word did the work.
  • Move to a finishing model only once the prompt is settled.
  • For video, lock the frame as a still first. One bad clip costs as much as many drafts.

When a render is refused

Some models apply their own safety checks, which minsuro does not control, and a refusal there comes back as a content policy error. That is the model declining, not the platform filtering you. Switching to a different model is usually the fastest route around it.

Refused and failed jobs alike cost nothing, so retrying elsewhere is free apart from your time.

Worth remembering

  • Credits are taken when you submit, and failed jobs never consume them.
  • Draft on a low-cost model and change one clause at a time before moving to a finishing model.
  • A content policy error is the model refusing, not minsuro. Try another model.
